RETURN, DELIVERY & CANCELLATION POLICY

​Cancelling your order

 

You have 12 hours from ordering your item to cancel it. After that time we will be unable to cancel any orders as they may already have begun production. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. ​

Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise, can't be resold due to a bespoke element. This means our items are none refundable. This does not effect your statutory rights and if any item is damaged upon delivery we will repair or replace this item.​

If your order was subject to a deposit these are non-refundable.

 

When requesting specific dimensions on your drawers, cutlery trays, shelves and drawer runners, we will try our very best to accomodate your requests but please bare in mind that some sizes are not always possible due to the size of the island itself. 

The colours seen in our images may vary depending on lighting and the camera used to take the images.

DELIVERY POLICY

We are not responsible for any access restrictions when delivering your orders. If you order and the item does not fit, we are not liable for this. Please contact us before you order to inform us of any restrictions to your property so we can confirm we are able to go ahead with the order and delivery. There will be no refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit. Our free delivery includes ground floor to ground floor only. We are unable to carry large items up stairs.

We supply a 2 man team for deliveries so you will not need to help with the delivery process. Please be aware that you will be charged for any Redelivery and alteration of items that do not fit and need adjusting.

We deliver most of our Kitchen islands by hand. On delivery we will fit the top of the island to the base. We have an approx. 12 week lead time. Please be aware that we do not do deliveries between 23rd December and 10th January and between 12th August-31st August so this period is not included in your lead time. We also do not deliver on bank holidays. Deliveries can be made anytime between 8am-10pm Monday-Friday. If for any reason we need to do your delivery on a weekend then we will send an email to let you know. Occasionally we will need to move your delivery to another date, if for any reason the date provided is not longer suitable, we will contact you in as much time as physically possible, but if traffic is very bad on the delivery date this may push us too far behind that we need to go to the next available date. We do not usually provide an ETA on the delivery date, but if you need one please make us aware and we will do our very best to provide one, but please be aware that  as we do long delivery routes this may not be accurate. We are a small business and will keep you updated as and when we can.

We offer free delivery on our Kitchen islands to England and Wales. There will be a charge of £150 to deliver to Scotland and Cornwall, and all our orders will be sent to Scotland and Cornwall via courier. Please be aware that if your order is over 1500mm x 600mm then it will be sent on a pallet and this will need to be unloaded by yourselves and the pallet company will not do this. Please make sure you are aware of the weight of these islands before agreeing to have on a pallet shipment. Please Select this option at checkout.

If you live within the congestion zone please be aware that there is a £15 charge for delivery- Please select this option at checkout.

Shipping to Northern Ireland is approximately £299 including VAT to a maximum island size of 1950mm length but please contact us prior to your order with your postcode so we can confirm this. Deliveries to Northern Ireland will arrive on a Pallet and you will need to unwrap and place your island where you want it to be as the couriers to NI do not offer this service.

We are able to ship outside of UK mainland via a courier but this will be on a quote basis.

Times may vary during busy periods and are subject to change. Please bare in mind that we may need an additional 2-3 weeks for Granite or Quartz tops depending on the style and size of the piece.

Occasionally, during busy periods, we may use a courier to ship your order. These shipments will be tracked and fully insured, although we normally deliver by hand.

All items under the value of £500 will be sent via UPS, Royal Mail or Evri.

 

All shipments leaving the UK will be sent via a courier. We do all shipments to Europe on a quote by quote basis, but please bare in mind you may have to pay customs taxes on top of your shipping cost directly to the courier.

Due to wood being a natural product all our sizes are approximate.

Each piece of wood we use for our Block Tops will vary in appearance due to wood being a natural product. This will give each island its own unique look.

SALE AND DISCOUNT CODES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All offers are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our standard ordering policies.

Any discount codes must be entered in to the Voucher Code field on the basket page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order.

Unless stated discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.

Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time.
