We are not responsible for any access restrictions when delivering your orders. If you order an item that does not fit in your property, we are not liable for this. Please contact us before you order to inform us of any access restrictions so we can confirm we are able to deliver your order. There will be no refunds or exchanges given for items that do not fit. Our free delivery includes ground floor to ground floor only. We are unable to carry large items up stairs.

We supply a 2 man team for deliveries so you will not need to help with the delivery process. Please be aware that you will be charged for any redelivery and/or alteration of items that do not fit and need adjusting.

We deliver most of our Kitchen islands by hand. On delivery we will fit the top of the island to the base. We approximately have a 12 week lead time. Please be aware that we do not deliver between the 23rd December and 10th January and between the 12th and 31st August so this period is not included in your lead time. We also do not deliver on bank holidays. Deliveries can be made anytime between 8am-10pm Monday-Friday. If for any reason we need to do your delivery on a weekend then we will send an email to let you know. Occasionally we may need to move your delivery to another date, if for any reason the date provided is no longer suitable, we will contact you in as much time as possible. We do not usually provide an ETA for the delivery date, but if you need one please make us aware and we will do our best to provide one, but please be aware that as we do long delivery routes this may not be accurate. We are a small business and will keep you updated as and when we can.

We offer free delivery on our products to England and Wales. There will be a charge of £150 for delivery to Scotland and Cornwall, and these orders will be sent via courier. Please be aware that if your order is over 1500mm x 600mm then it will be sent on a pallet and this will need to be unloaded by yourself as the courier company will not do this. Please make sure you are aware of the weight of these islands before agreeing to have a pallet shipment. If this applies to you please select the option at checkout.

If you live within the congestion zone please be aware that there is a £15 charge for delivery- Please select this option at checkout.

Shipping to Northern Ireland is approximately £299 including VAT for furniture with a maximum length of 1950mm, but please contact us prior to your order with your postcode so we can confirm this. Deliveries to Northern Ireland will arrive on a wrapped pallet, therefore you will be responsible for unwrapping and placing your delivery in your property as couriers to NI do not offer this service.

We are able to ship outside of UK mainland via a courier but this will be on a quote basis.

Times may vary during busy periods and are subject to change. Please bare in mind that we may need an additional 2-3 weeks for Granite and Quartz tops depending on the size and style of the piece.

Occasionally, during busy periods, we may use a courier to ship your order. These shipments will be tracked and fully insured.

All items under the value of £500 will be sent via UPS, Royal Mail or Evri.

All shipments leaving the UK will be sent via a courier. We do all shipments to Europe on a quote by quote basis, but please bare in mind you may have to pay customs taxes on top of your shipping cost directly to the courier.

Due to wood being a natural product all our sizes are approximate.

Each piece of wood we use for our Butch Block Tops will vary in appearance due to wood being a natural product. This will give each island its own unique look.
